Sigur Rós Video
I found this video while I was browsing through my friend Harcore Joel’s blog today. I had never heard of Sigur Rós before, but this video really touched me emotionally, even though I don’t fully understand it.
It’s interesting how you can be touched by moments of pure beauty that bypass the mind and go straight for the emotions.

Hey Darren, found your site through The Movie Blog, and waddaya know, the top post is the Sigur Ros video, one of my favourite bands.
I actually saw them live when they came to the UK and recommend it to anyone if possible.

Glad to see that you found the site! This video had such an ethereal effect on me. I’m anxious for people to give me their impressions on what the video means, and what emotions it evokes for them.

The song for this video was used at The Meeting House (www.themeetinghouse.ca) last Sunday during the ‘quotes’. It was AWESOME. It was so perfect to set the tone. You should see their other videos - just as great.
